This is one of the easiest recipes I have. I love it because not only does it taste great, but since it has all the veggies in with the sauce my kids will eat them without fighting me. Plus, it only takes 20 to 30 minutes to make. (This meal will make enough for about 4 adults)
Ingredients
- 2 boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 2 10 oz cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 12 oz package of frozen broccoli, thawed
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- cooked rice
Directions
First start cooking your rice. I usually make 2 to 3 cups of rice to go with this meal, but you can make more or less according to how many people you'll have.
In your pan add the cream of chicken soup, milk, and thawed broccoli. If broccoli's not already cut up, then dice before adding it to the pan. After bringing soup mix to a light boil add cheese and chicken into the pan. Stir this all together and allow your chicken to heat back up. Meanwhile turn on your broiler.
